My most predominant memory of Carol Lee is one day I was at her house watching American Bandstand. She came rushing in from school (high school) and saw that I was watching American Bandstand, threw her books on the couch, took off running to the bathroom and shouting “oh good, you have it on” and gave me instructions to get pencil & paper off the couch and write every song down that Dick Clark had played that day from when show started until she got back into living room. Turns out she bet some guy at school that she would come to school next day with the entire list on songs played they played. I was in grade school. She was so cool.

It is with the utmost respect, heartfelt condolences and empathy to the Reed family. As a youngster our family would come to visit from California numerous times over the years, it goes without saying, but I will say it..... The joy that I experienced when visiting auntie Carol and uncle Donnie was memorable each and every visit. My last visit with aunt Carol was at my sister Tracy's wedding in Virginia 2023. It was such a joy to see her.
