Dear Crowell Family, When I was a young Christian an older preacher from West Virginia sent me a tract that included the following poem: When I reach the Celestial City, And the Saved all around me appear, I hope that someone will tell me, "It was you who invited me here!" Dear Crowell family, I remember brother John as an encouraging brother to me in my teenage years. He was always friendly! The Campbell family sends their greetings and prayers in a time of loss, and we trust that the Lord is giving His strength and peace to you in these days. Warmly in Christ, Steve and Susie Campbell Ruth Campbell (now Ruth Redekop) PS. My dad went to be with the Lord in November 1999, and I remember that he also enjoyed conversations with John.

Dear Janet and family, thank you for the happy memories over the years. Memories of meetings and bible studies together, happy times in the assembly and remembering the Lord Jesus together. Dear Janet and family, We are so sorry to hear of John's passing, although we've been keeping up with the various difficulties he faced the last few years. While, maybe expected it is never easy to say good-bye to those we love. You had many years to enjoy John's teaching form the scriptures and sharing his love for each of you.
