Jeffrey Claude Belloni (aka Robert Stone), age 49, of Irvington, passed away February 19, 2020. He was born on June 18, 1970 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Carlo and Yvrose (nee Pailant) Belloni. Jeffrey was the oldest of six siblings. He graduated from George Westinghouse Career and Technical High School with the desire to study Computer Engineering in College. However, in June 1993 he decided to enlist in the U.S. Army to defend his country while having the opportunity to travel all over the world. While in the Army, Jeffrey was able to study Computer Science, which later received a degree in. He was honorably discharged in May 2000. From 2001 to 2020 Jeffrey found employment as an IT Specialist in the following companies; Morgan Stanley and Ajay Inc. His coworkers thought highly of Jeffrey and praised him for this hard work and desire to resolve computer related issues. He will be deeply missed by his manager and coworkers. Jeffrey is predeceased by his parents, and leaves to cherish memories of his siblings; Carrol Belloni, Cathleen (KiKi) Belloni, Daphnee Belloni, Cindy Belloni, and Lisa Belloni; his nephew, Zayden Delisser; his cousin, Francesse Mehu; his Aunts, Gladys Rameau, Violane Mehu, Mary Carmel Pailant, and Jovanna Pailant. May God watch over Jeffrey as he joins his parents in peace. Due to the current restriction, funeral services for Jeffrey are being held privately at the convenience of the family.
