Joseph "Joe Boy" Miller, age 85, of Cookstown passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2020. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 10AM at Jacobstown Cemetery, located on Schoolhouse Road. All arrangements are under the direction of the Tilghman Funeral Home, New Egypt, NJ.
