Corinne Dyan Smith (59) of Clarksburg, NJ passed away peacefully on March 5th, 2025 at 4:30 pm. She was surrounded in love by her husband Tom and her sister Danelle. Corinne is survived by her devoted husband Thomas (Tom) Vash and her beautiful and beloved daughter Nichole (Nikki) Lisa Yannone. She will be deeply missed by her parents, Barbara and Kenneth Smith, her brother Kenneth Smith (Marcella) and her sister Danelle Kaplan. Corinne was a cherished aunt to Jacob, John and Juliette Kaplan, Tara and Salem Pipitone and Chloe Kaplan, her great niece, whom she adored with a special fierceness. Corinne bravely battled illness for the past eight years, and yet in recent months, experienced a wonderful period of joy and happiness. She found comfort in the simple pleasures-watching Perry Mason and Ancient Aliens, creating beautiful jewelry that she lovingly shared with family and friends, and cherishing moments with Tom. They were a great team, working together to meet life's challenges with purpose and optimism. She often expressed how happy she was, which brought immense comfort to those who loved her. In lieu of flowers and in honor of Corinnes love and devotion to her daughter Nikki, please lovingly donate to LADACIN Network - George Gray Apartments, the assisted living home where Nikki resides. https://donatenow.networkforgood.org/ladacindonation Corinne was well liked by all she encountered, and will be remembered for her pleasant nature, strength, and resilience.A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. All arrangements are under the direction of Tilghman Funeral Home, New Egypt, NJ.
