Obituary of Gordon Reynolds, Jr.

Gordon “Duke” Reynolds Jr., passed peacefully on July 1st, 2025 after fighting a long battle at the age of 68.
Duke is predeceased by his father Gordon Reynolds Sr and his mother Estelle B Reynolds as well as his brothers Richard Reynolds and Frederick Lopez and his cousin Jeannette Gonzalez.
He is survived by his wife Deborah V. Reynolds and his children Dawn Reynolds, Gordon “Manny” and his wife Grace Reynolds, Bruce and his wife Erica Reynolds, Maria Laina and her husband Emilio Larios, and Michael Reynolds. His 13 grandchildren Jordyn, Joseph, Makenna, Dominic, Daphne, Maya, Amalia, Bruce, Estelle, Ivan, Marisela, Liliana, Alexander, and one great grandchild Aria. His brother Edward and his wife Lisa Reynolds and his nephews Edward, Owen and niece Angela.
As well as his cousin Harry, all of his loving in-laws, cousins, and so many close family and friends.
Duke was born on May 25, 1957 in Trenton, NJ. He attended Allentown High School and graduated in 1976. He married his high school sweetheart Debbie in 1977. He worked over 16 years in American Standard as a kiln placer. He spent many years with his brother and sons painting homes. His family and friends will always remember him as a hardworking, snack stealing, lovable prankster.
His grandchildren will forever have wonderful memories of Pop-Pop special breakfasts and sundaes. Teaching them how to play and cheat at Crazy 8s, watching cowboy movies, blueberry picking and endless snack packs.
He will be remembered as an avid gardener, a passionate history buff, die hard Trump supporter, apple pie connoisseur, and devoted family man.
Friends of 5th street will always recall his love of training others how to box, visiting every day and sharing countless memories together.
Visitation is scheduled for Saturday July 5th, 2025 at Church of Assumption Chapel 76 Evergreen Rd New Egypt, NJ 08533. Viewing to be held from 10-11 AM, Mass will be held from 11-12 PM with interment to follow in Church of Assumption Cemetery.
All are welcome to attend and celebrate Duke’s life.
