Kathy Lynn Roman, age 74, lifelong resident of New Egypt, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Mt. Holly Rehab and Healthcare Center in Lumberton. She was born in Trenton on January 6, 1951 to the late Fred and Dolores Ervin. Kathy loved playing bingo. She always had a great time and was known for her feisty personality. Everyone loved her and enjoyed being around her. Kathy was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend that will be deeply missed. Kathy is predeceased by her husband, Eddie Roman, her parents, Fred and Dolores (nee Howell) Ervin; and her siblings, Fred Ervin and Harry Ervin and his wife Hazel. She leaves behind her children, Eddie A. Roman and his wife Leslie, Dina Atchley and her husband Dave, Melisa Priest and her husband Randy, and Crystal Roman; her grandchildren, John, Eddie, Mark, Susan, Brielle, Dustin, Patrick, Todd, Delilah, David Andrew; her great-grandchildren, Liam, Giavanna, Carter, Daniel, and Kaelani; and her brother, Mark Ervin; and her sister, Bonnie Quesnel and her husband Alan. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service for Kathy on Monday, December 1, 2025 at 11 AM at Zion Cemetery located on Lakewood Road, New Egypt, NJ.
