Please share a memory of Solomon to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Solomon “Sol” Raymond Weber, age 96, peacefully passed away on December 30, 2025.
Sol was born on November 3, 1929, in Springville, Pennsylvania, to the late Raymond and Mary Weber. He graduated from high school in Newton and went on to proudly serve in the United States Army. Following his military service, Sol built a long and dedicated career as a truck driver, spending many years in the profession and finishing his career with Coca-Cola in Hightstown, New Jersey, where he worked for over 20 years.
Solomon enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. He loved golf and especially cherished the time spent on the course with his son Joe and his nephew Ed. He was also an avid fan of racing. A daily Dunkin’ coffee and a plain donut were among his favorite routines and small joys.
Above all, Solomon was a father and grandfather who deeply cherished his family. He was the father of five children: Cheryl, Raymond, Michael, Joseph and his wife Karyn, and Susan and her husband Jonathan. He was a proud grandfather to Faith, Samantha, Sarah, Michaela, April, Josh, and Ella. Sol never missed an opportunity to support his grandchildren and took great joy in cheering them on in all of their sports, activities, and accomplishments.
