Scott M. Simonson, age 56, resident of Manchester Twp, formerly of Jackson, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. He was born in Long Branch, NJ on February 12, 1969 to the late William and Ann Simonson. Scott graduated from Marlboro High School class of 1987 and later earned his associate's degree from Brookdale College. He was a die hard Buffalo Bills and New Jersey Devils fan, and enjoyed going to games. Scott liked talking to his family and friends; he could keep them on the phone for hours. He was an animal lover especially his dog Reeses. Scott was a loving father, brother, uncle, and friend that will be deeply missed. Scott is predeceased by his parents, William and Ann (nee Weckerle); and his sister, Donna Resto. He leaves behind his son, Shane Simonson; his siblings, Karen Simonson and her husband John Wanskus, Dawn Suarez and her husband Michael; and William Simonson, Jr his significant other, Kathleen Crossan; and his niece and nephew, Shawn Simonson, Kira Thomas and her husband Evan. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, February 20, 2026 from 4 PM to 8 PM at Tilghman Funeral Home located at 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533, and again on Saturday morning from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11 AM at St. Isidore the Farmer Parish Church of the Assumption located at 28 Monmouth Road/ Route 537, Wrightstown, NJ 08562 with interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery located on Evergreen Road in New Egypt, NJ.
