Rosemary C. Francais, age 81 of Cream Ridge, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at Bartley Healthcare in Jackson. She was born in Elizabeth, NJ on January 26, 1945 to John and Helen Terbecki. Rosemary grew up in Rahway where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Frank. Rosemary lived in Cream Ridge for many years, working for Mercer County Library in Robbinsville and the Rutgers Research Center near Allentown. Rosemary enjoyed taking day trips with her husband Frank, visiting the Jersey Shore, Brigantine, Atlantic City, and Longwood Gardens. Rosemary also loved gardening and taking day trips with her close family friend, Paula, in pursuit of the best malted milks. Rosemary is survived by her husband of 57 years, Frank; her son Thomas, her daughter Michelle (Francis) Thoennes; and her grandchildren, Alexander (Alexa), Amanda (Robert), Nicholas, Emma, Ethan and Kaitlyn. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 2:00pm until 3:00pm with a service to begin at 3:00pm at Tilghman Funeral Home 52 Main Street New Egypt, NJ.
