Carl D. Tolas, Jr. age 82, resident of Hamilton, formerly of Shawnee, Kansas. He was born October, 2, 1943 in Fort Worth, TX to the late Carl and Gladys Tolas, Sr. Carl was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Hamilton. He worked as a chemist for Exxon Mobil located in Pennington. Carl enjoyed going on canoe trips while camping. He liked spending time outside, especially in his garden. Carl and his wife Alice loved to travel. He adored his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and liked going to all of their sports or activities just to spend time with them. Carl was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Carl is predeceased by his parents, Carl and Gladys (nee Pierce) Tolas, Sr. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 35 years, Alice (nee Smith) Tolas; his children, Kerry Tolas and his wife Mara, Sean Tolas and his wife Evelyn, David Lohman and his wife Linda, and Tammy Rubino; his grandchildren, Dara Tolas, Cameron Tolas and his wife McKenzie Warfield, and Cassidy Martz; his great-grandchildren, Logan and Teagan; and his niece and nephew, Marissa and Dell. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 from 10 AM to 12 PM at Tilghman Funeral Home located at 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533. A funeral service will begin at 12 PM at the funeral home with interment to follow at Jacobstown Cemetery located on Schoolhouse Road in Wrightstown, NJ 08562.
