THE CALLING HOURS AND MASS FOR MRS. TRUCH HAS BEEN CHANGED TO THURSDAY, JANUARY 23, 8:45 - 10:45 AM FOR THE CALLING HOURS AND 11:00 AM FOR THE MASS. Jessie J. Truch, age 74, of Cream Ridge died Saturday, January 18 at home. Born in Jamestown, NY, she was a resident of Trenton before moving to Cream Ridge 10 years ago. Jessie had worked for the City of Trenton Police Department, a job that she enjoyed immensely. Previously for many years she worked as a supervisor for National Computer Analysts in Princeton. She was a parishioner at the Church of the Assumption. Jessie was a great cook and was a lifelong music lover and singer and was an avid supporter of her daughter’s and granddaughter’s vocal organizations. She was always willing to help anyone in need. Jessie was predeceased by her parents, Alfonso and Concetta (nee Calcese) Barlow and by a son, Joseph Truch. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Joseph Truch; a daughter and son-in-law, Andrea and John Marcinkowski of Columbus; a granddaughter, Jessica Marcinkowski of Columbus; a brother, Isadore Barlow of Hamilton Twp.; a special cousin, Caroline Bondi of Ewing and many cousins, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. A Mass of Christian Burial for Jessie will be held on Thursday, January 23 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Assumption, 28 Monmouth Road (Route 537), Wrightstown, NJ 08533. Calling hours will be on Thursday morning from 8:45 to 10:45 AM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533 (www.tilghmanfh.com). Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jessie’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org).
