Josephine Louisa Haney, 76, of Ewing Twp., NJ passed away Tuesday, January 21st, 2014 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Warwick, NY, she grew up in Lambertville, NJ and after marrying moved to Ewing Twp. Wife of the late Donald P. Haney and daughter of the late Ernest C. and Alice L. Klinger Mathews. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Darlene Giovannetti and her husband John of Yardville, NJ and Donald Haney and his wife Janet of Columbus, NJ. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Jessica and Austin Jones and Joshua and Lina Haney all of Wrightstown, NJ; Jennifer Giovannetti of Mount Laurel, NJ and Jamie Giovannetti of Yardville, NJ. Great grandchildren are Tiana, Brandon and Aidan Jones. Sister-in-laws include Clarabeth Parmigiani and Dolly Ditmar of Hamilton, NJ and Margaret Klein of Hackettstown, NJ. Also, Uncle Frank Kymer and his wife Iris and Uncle Roy Kymer all of Branchville, NJ. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. A viewing will be Monday, January 27th at Calvary Tabernacle Church, 128 Wrightstown-Georgetown Rd., Wrightstown, NJ 08562 from 10-11AM, service to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the American Cancer Society at 2600 US Highway 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902, Compassionate Care Hospice at 11 Independence Way, Newark, DE 19713 or Calvary Tabernacle Church at 128 Wrightstown-Georgetown Rd., Wrightstown, NJ 08562.
