Obituary of John Albert Stetz
John Albert Stetz, age 72, of Cream Ridge passed away Tuesday, July 11 at his residence. Born in Newark, he was a longtime resident of Clark, NJ before moving to Cream Ridge in 1999.
John proudly served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. After his discharge from his military service John owned and operated the Betty Ann Bakery in Cranford and Stetz’ Iselin Cake Box in Iselin after that he worked as a baker for A&P in Old Bridge and Delicious Orchards in Colts Neck. John enjoyed caring for and riding his horses.
John is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Rose Ann Stetz; a son, Anthony John Stetz; a daughter, Dana Ann Bass and husband John of Brick; two grandchildren, Joseph and Zachary; a brother, Ronald Stetz of Florida; two sisters, Diane Bochantin of Pennsylvania and Barbara Sack of Clifton, NJ and several nieces and nephews.
