Ann Rose Milligan, of North Hanover, passed away peacefully at home with her daughter by her side on Saturday, November 30, 2019. She was born in Bronx, NY to the late Michael and Alice Farrell on June 16th. Ann owned and operated Ann’s Video in New Egypt for many years. She enjoyed being around people, playing bingo and just adored her grandchildren. Ann was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by those who knew her.

 

Ann is predeceased by her parents; by her husband Frank Milligan; and by her grandson Andrew Milligan. She leaves behind her two children, Paul Milligan, his fiancé MaryAnn Krier and her daughter Roslynn Gorski of New Egypt and Raeann Milligan of North Hanover; along with her two grandchildren, Samantha Rose Clayton and Dakota Clayton.

 

Funeral arrangements for Ann are private at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Tilghman Funeral Home, New Egypt, NJ.
