Dolores M. Harper, age 90, longtime resident of Wrightstown before moving to Jackson five years ago, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2020 at Bartley Heath Care in Jackson, NJ. She was born in Palmyra, NJ on June 26, 1929. Dolores worked as a nurse at Albert C. Wagner Youth Correctional Facility in Bordentown, NJ. She was a member of Church of the Assumption in Wrightstown, NJ. Dolores enjoyed taking her trips to Atlantic City. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend that will be deeply missed. Dolores is predeceased by her beloved husband Andrew D. “Pop” Harper, her son Michael Harper, and her parents. She leaves behind her six children, Mark Harper and wife Sandra of Chesterfield, Tim Harper and wife Lynne of Southampton, T.C. Harper and wife Kelly of Cream Ridge, Larry Harper and wife Tammy of Chesterfield, Andy Harper of New Egypt, and Pat Tilghman and husband Ronnie of New Egypt; seventeen grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. Due to restrictions, funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Dolores will be laid to rest with her beloved husband at Brig. General William C. Doyle Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown.
