Barbara S. Green, age 49, of Cookstown died Tuesday, February 5 at her residence. Born in Mt. Holly, she was a lifetime area resident. Barbara was a member of the Cookstown United Methodist Church and attended the Occupational Training Center of Burlington County in Mt. Holly for many years. Daughter of the late Frank Green and sister of the late Larry and Timothy Green; she is survived by her mother, Betty Green of Cookstown; two sisters, Gloria Magoon of Vermont and Faye Green of Browns Mills; many nieces and nephews and by her many friends at the O.T.C. in Mt. Holly. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 9 at 11:00 AM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com), with Rev. Norman Eckley, officiating. Burial will follow in the Jacobstown Baptist Cemetery in Jacobstown. Calling hours will be on Friday evening, February 8 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
