Nancy, my heartfelt condolences to you and the rest of the family on “Topper”s passing. I always enjoyed our little chats when he would stop over while I was mowing the yard or just his simple wave hi when coming over to check on my dad and mom’s house. You and he were the best neighbors any one could ever hope for.
