I am so thankful and Blessed to have met you John, and your amazing family. I will cherish the times we spent together talking about your illness, about your hopes and dreams. We didn’t just talk about you though - and I am so grateful for the advice you would give me as I was preparing for my surgery. People come in and out of our lives for various reasons, and while I may ever understand just how lucky I was that you came into ours, I can tell you that we are the better for having known you. We exist now on different plains, but we will always be friends! Rest well John - free from pain - free from Cancer. Love you
