Janice Lee Krowicki, age 70, of Plumsted, passed away on May 23, 2024 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Janice was born on September 13, 1953 to James and Verna (Emery) Harvey in Trenton, NJ. She grew up in Chesterfield and moved to Plumsted Twp. in 1981. Janice worked as an LPN in the Johnstone juvenile detention center for many years, and later owned and operated the Krowicki Farm and Greenhouses in New Egypt with her husband Denis. She had a green thumb, and enjoyed working in the greenhouses and fields growing fruits and vegetables to sell on the farm. She was an animal lover and She was a true cowgirl, caring for, riding and showing horses was her most loved hobby that she shared with her children and grandchildren. Janice loved the Western life and style! Janice is predeceased by her parents, James and Verna (Emery) Harvey. She is survived by her beloved husband of 45 years, Denis; her son Justin and his wife Julie of Mays Landing, daughter Christina and her husband Steven Stone of Plumsted, her daughter Sabrina Krowicki of Plumsted; her sister Joan Harvey of Chesterfield; her grandchildren, Logan, Austin, Steven, and Madison; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, May 31, 2024 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at the New Egypt Methodist Church - Atkinson Hall at 9 Fort Ave, New Egypt. A funeral Service will begin at 7:30pm Friday at Atkinson Hall. All are welcome to attend a Celebration of Life on the family farm on Saturday from 4pm at 862 route 539 New Egypt in lieu of flowers please make a donation to St. Jude's children’s hospital in Janice Krowicki’s name
