Debra Lynn Field (nee VanArsdale), age 72, lifelong resident of New Egypt, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. She was born on October 20, 1952 in Point Pleasant Beach to the late Thomas and Helen VanArsdale. Deb worked as a bus driver for 40+ years. She liked lighthouses and going shopping. Deb loved spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed decorating and celebrating Christmas. Deb was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend that will be deeply missed. Deb is predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Helen (nee Hopkins) VanArsdale. She leaves behind her beloved husband of 43 years, Robert Field; her six children, Thomas VanArsdale and wife Marie Fonseca, Robert Lewis and wife Dawn, Shane Field and girlfriend Kristen Giummarra, Robert Field, Jr. and wife Nichole, Dana Burns and husband Michael, and Destiny Field; and her six grandchildren, Jocelynn Marie, Owen, Shane Jr., Teagan, Isla, and Aiden. Funeral services for Deb are being held privately at the convenience of the family.
