Obituary of Mary E. Norcross

Mary E. (Harker) Norcross, 95, of Pemberton passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at home with her daughter at her side.
Born in Pointville, she was a lifetime area resident.
After Mary graduated from Pemberton High School, she went into nursing. She worked for Dr. Bray for many years, Mt. Holly Hospital, Juliustown Post office, before retiring from the New Lisbon Developmental Center in 1978.
Mary was active in the Juliustown Church and Sunday School. She served on the Springfield Twp. Board of Health and the Jobstown Elementary School, Board of Education. She enjoyed winters in Forida, Senior Bingo at Burger King and spending time with Bill and family.
Mary was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, William R. Norcross, Jr. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Phyllis E. Gordon (James); a granddaughter, Pauline E. Nevins and a nephew, William Colby and several cousins.
