Goldie Rossell, age 91, of New Egypt died Thursday, December 11 at Samaritan Hospice in Mt. Holly. Born in New Egypt, she was a lifetime resident. Goldie was a retired machine operator from Waterbury Products in Hightstown and before that, she worked at John Gale?s Restaurant in New Egypt. Sister of the late Russell ?Pete? Hopkins, Jr. and mother of the late Judith Moon, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Patsy & Richard Borden of New Egypt; five grandchildren and their spouses, Lori & Bill Wilkins of New Egypt, Glenn & Lori Borden of Cookstown, James & Teresa Moon of Yardville, Robert & Rachel Moon of Cookstown and Pam & Dan Tronco of New Egypt; 13 great grandchildren; a son-in-law, Omri Moon of New Egypt; a nephew, Lee Hopkins of New Egypt and a niece, Brenda Dancer of New Egypt. Funeral services and interment in Zion Cemetery in New Egypt will be private at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com).
