Barbara Turner, age 80, of Wrightstown and formerly of New Egypt passed away early Sunday morning, January 4 at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mt. Holly. Barbara was born in Romania and worked at the Officer?s Club at McGuire AFB for 34 years. She was an amazing woman with many interests. Barbara was predeceased by her husband, George Turner and son, George W. Turner. She is survived by her three daughters, Nancy Yakelewicz and husband Buck of Wrightstown, Sherry Williams and husband Bob of Bonaire, GA and Deborah Lee and family of Brick; two sisters, Marie of Germany and Kathy of Romania; 8 beloved grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 7 at 12:00 Noon at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt. Burial will follow in the BGWCD Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Arneytown. Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Barbara?s memory may be made to the New Egypt First Aid, P. O.
