Gardina Wyckoff Armstrong Lipman, age 90, died peacefully on Friday, April 3 in Annapolis, MD where she had lived since 1998. Born in Keyport, she was a resident of New Brunswick before moving to Maryland. Daughter of the late Gardina Wyckoff Hoagland and Lloyd Francis Armstrong and wife of the late Edward Voorhees Lipman; she is survived by a daughter, Gardina Wyckoff Mawhinney and husband Robert of Edgewater, MD; two sons, Jeffrey A. Lipman and wife Judith L. of New Egypt, NJ and Edward V. Lipman, Jr. and wife Anita of Farmingdale, NJ; a sister, Barbara Armstrong Musser of Prescott, AZ; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com).
