Steven J. Lefkowich, age 54, of Hamilton died Saturday, May 16 at RWJ University Hospital in Hamilton. Born in Neptune, Steve was a resident of Hamilton for the past 9 years and formerly of Beach Haven. He had previously worked for James Brown Construction in Beach Haven. Steve enjoyed animals and was a member of the NJ Animal Rights Alliance. Steve was predeceased by his mother, Rose Marie Lefkowich and his brother, George Lefkowich. He is survived by the ?love of his life? of 20 years, Beverly Wilke of Hamilton; his father, Henry T. Lefkowich of Waretown; a son, Steven R. Lefkowich of South Saint Paul, MN; a daughter, Megin Lefkowich of Syracuse, NY; a stepson, Robert J. Wilke of Hamilton; a brother, Theodore N. Lefkowich of Spring Hill, FL; two sisters, Judyann White of Toms River and Janet Rose Lefkowich of Waretown; a grandson, Angelo Lefkowich and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 22 at 11:30 AM at the Chapel of the BGWCD Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Province Line Road in Wrightstown. Calling hours will be on Thursday evening, May 21 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com).
