Robert F. Lins, age 68, of Chesterfield Twp. died Friday, June 11 at Deborah Heart & Lung Center in Browns Mills. Born in Mt. Holly, he was a lifetime area resident. Bob was a graduate of William McFarland High School in Bordentown. He was a retired Stationary Engineer for Connective Thermal in Atlantic City. Bob also owned Lins Amoco in Wrightstown from 1972 to 1989 and owned his own fabrication business for several years. He belonged to the North Hanover Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. But above all his accomplishments, Bob?s family was always paramount in his life. Bob was predeceased by his father, John Lins. He is survived by his wife, Linda (nee Grant) Lins; his mother, Gladys Lins of Wrightstown, a daughter, Cheryl (Lins) (Shelley) Craig and husband Joseph of Wrightstown; a son, Steve Lins and wife Victoria of New Gretna; six grandchildren, Austin Shelley, Landry (Shelley) Matney and husband Donald, Cy Shelley, Bailey Shelley, Courtnee Craig and Victoria Craig and two great grandchildren, Kendall and Carlene. Funeral services for Bob will be held on Tuesday, June 15 at 11:00 AM at the North Hanover Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 373 Croshaw Road in Wrightstown, with burial to follow in the Jacobstown Cemetery in Jacobstown. Calling hours will be on Monday evening, June 14 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com).
