North Hanover Twp. ? Mary Marilyn McCreary, 72, of North Hanover Twp. passed away, Saturday, March 26, 2011 at home. Born and raised in Johnstown, Pa., she later became a long time resident of North Hanover Twp. Mary was a homemaker. She was a former member the Rainbow Girls, the Eastern Star and the Moxham Lutheran Church in Johnstown, Pa. She was a member of the Lighthouse Society. She was a founding member of the Jacobstown Volunteer Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary and an active member of the U.S. Air Force Wives Club. Mary is predeceased by her parents, Forrest and Mildred Kelly; a brother Darryle and two sisters, Janis and Erdine. She is survived by her husband, Galen W. McCreary of North Hanover Twp.; one son and his fianc?, David McCreary and Dawn of Tabernacle; a nephew, David Gindlesperger of New Egypt and one grandson Nicholas. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street, New Egypt, N.J. 08533. Burial will follow in the Brig Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Provinceline Rd. Arneytown, N.J. A Visitation will be Tuesday, March 29, 2011 from 6 to 9pm at the funeral home.
