Joseph Moore, age 74, of Browns Mills died Sunday, June 12 at home surrounded by his family. Born in Martinsville, VA he was a longtime resident of Browns Mills. Joe served in the US Air Force for 20 years, retiring in 1974. After his service in the Air Force he was the maintenance contractor for the Pemberton Borough, Wrightstown, New Egypt and Cookstown Post Offices for more than 20 years. Joe was an avid fan of horse racing and spent his summer vacations at Saratoga Springs, NY. Son of the late Tyler and Christine (Fountain) Moore, he is survived by his wife, Barbara (Curry) Moore; a son, Kirk M. Morris and family; a daughter, Danielle Morris and family of Martinsville, VA; grandchildren, Dominque Morris-Cole, Joelle Tatum, Tyler, Wesley and Jonathan and great grandchildren, Cameron and Janiyah.
