Elizabeth Harrison, age 78, of Hammonton died Saturday, November 26 at AtlantiCare Medical Center, Mainland Division in Galloway Twp. Born in Upper Freehold Twp., she was a resident of Hammonton since 1970 and formerly lived in Cream Ridge. Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband, Leonard Harrison and by two sons, Leonard and Ethelboy Harrison. She is survived by two sons, Tommy Harrison and wife Dottie and Ottoway Harrison; and a daughter, Betty Jane Eckels all of Hammonton; two sisters, Jean Young of Howell and Shirley Parrish of Washington; 17 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Funeral services for Elizabeth will be held on Friday, December 2 at 11:00 AM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com), with Pastor Jimmy Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in the Jacobstown Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Thursday evening, December 1 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM and again on Friday morning from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
