Timothy B. Sprague, age 74, of Browns Mills died Thursday, August 30 at Deborah Hospital in Browns Mills. Born in Pemberton Township, he was a lifetime resident. Tim retired from civil service at Fort Dix. He was a life member of the NRA and the Keystone Reptile Association. He was also a member of the VFW Post 6805 Mens Auxiliary in Browns Mills and the Moose, Elks and American Legion and was the former owner of the Cross Fork Inn in Cross Fork, PA. Tim was an avid antique and relic collector and most of all enjoyed life. Tim was predeceased by his parents, Timothy G. and Catherine (Prostler) Sprague and by a son, Timothy Sprague. He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, James and Wanda Sprague of Browns Mills and Charles and Danielle Sprague of Ringoes, NJ; two brothers, Dick Sprague of Browns Mills and Barry Cline of Pemberton; three sisters, Thelma Bradshaw of Browns Mills, Catherine Sprague of Alabama and Peggy Gandy of Florida; six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Tim will be held on Tuesday, September 4 at 7:00 PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com). Calling hours will be on Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions in Tim’s memory can be made to the Keystone Reptile Club.
