LaVerne G. Wiltbank, age 86, of Cherry Hill died Sunday, March 3 at Silver Care Center in Cherry Hill. Born in Trenton, she was a resident of Hamilton Twp. then Long Beach Island for 20 years before moving to Cherry Hill 6 ½ years ago. LaVerne was a member of the Long Beach Island Historical Society. She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence Wiltbank. LaVerne is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Robert Baker of Medford; a sister and brother-in-law, Jacqueline and Harry Gilbert of Delran; two grandchildren, Robin Baker-Wolfington of Philadelphia and Robert L. Baker, Jr., Esq. and wife Caroline of Pennington and a great grandson, Nathan R. Wolfington. Funeral and interment services for LaVerne will be held on Friday, March 15 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the BGWCD Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Province Line Road in Wrightstown. Please meet at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533 (www.tilghmanfh.com) at 12:30 PM on Friday to drive to the cemetery in procession.
