Dennis K. Forman, age 58, of Browns Mills died Sunday, March 31 at Deborah Hospital in Browns Mills. Born in Mt. Holly, he was a lifetime area resident.
Dennis served in the US Army from 1972 to 1980.
Brother of the late Tyrone Johnson, he is survived by a son, Dennis Forman of Maple Shade; a daughter, Ramona Lennard of Colorado; his mother, Judith Copeland of Browns Mills and a brother and sister-in-law, Phil and Tina Johnson of Pemberton Twp.
Funeral services for Dennis will be held on Tuesday, April 9 at 11:00 AM at St. Mark's Baptist Church, 545 Lakehurst Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015 with interment to follow at the BGWCD Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown.
