Russell H. Powell, age 81, of Wrightstown died Tuesday, May 15 at Virtua Health & Rehab in Mt. Holly. Born in Medford, he had been a resident of Wrightstown for the past 46 years. Russ was the former manager of The Princeton Airporter Transportation Co. and he was a member of the Knight Owls Motorcycle Club. Husband of the late Jean L. Powell and father of the late Russell W. Powell, he is survived by two daughters & sons-in-law, Elizabeth & Edward Mauger, Jr. of Waterford Works and Dolores J. & Joseph Hodose of Browns Mills; a sister & brother-in-law, Mamie & Thomas Hines of Mt. Laurel; four grandchildren, Arnold Miller, Jeannie Miller, Kurt Mauger and Kevin Mauger and ten great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 19 at 12:00 Noon at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com). Burial will follow in the Jacobstown Cemetery in Jacobstown. Calling hours will be on Saturday morning from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the funeral home.
