Vivian Curtis, age 78, of New Egypt passed away Tuesday, May 5 at RWJ University Hospital at Hamilton with her loving family by her side. Born in Jersey City, she lived in New Egypt for the past 30 years and formerly lived in Cream Ridge.
Vivian worked as a bank teller at Central Jersey Bank in Allentown.
She was predeceased by her parents, Howard Stubaus and Dorothy (Kreutter) Szpila; a brother, Howard “Rusty” Stubaus and a sister, Jaqueline Kuryla. Vivian is survived by her husband, Raymond Curtis; two sons, Raymond Curtis, Jr. and wife Bernardine of Bristow, VA and Scott Curtis and fiancée Annie Amatucci of New Egypt; three grandchildren, Craig Curtis and wife Laurel, Cassidy Curtis and Kendall Curtis and a great grandson, Cody Curtis.
Funeral services for Vivian will be held on Friday, May 8 at 7:00 PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com), with calling hours from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
