Sadie E. Chisick, age 80, of Cookstown passed away Saturday, October 3 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Zerbe, PA, she was a resident of Hamilton Twp., NJ before moving to Cookstown 12 years ago. Sadie previously worked at Circle F Industries in Trenton and she was active at the Cookstown Senior Center. Sadie is survived by her husband of 60 years, Richard S. Chisick, Sr.; four children and their spouses, Denise and Daniel Santarsiero of Holland, PA, Teri and Brian Inman of New Egypt, Richard and Christa Chisick, Jr. of New Lisbon, WI and Michael and Donna Chisick of Burlington; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Dorothy and Ed Hull of Treverton, PA, Bessie and Jacob Bieber of Potts Grove, PA and Mary and Terry Schreffler of Gratz, PA; nine grandchildren, Daniel, Thomas, Tina, Christopher, Sara, Benjamin, Sam, Elizabeth and Emma; four great grandchildren, Michael, Colleen, Raymond and Randy and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services and interment for Sadie will be private at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Tilghman Funeral Home in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com).
