Ruth R. Couse, 87, of Cream Ridge passed away peacefully at home with her loving family by her side on October 15, 2015. She was born in Red Bank to the late Robert and Dorothy Rockhill. Ruth was an avid animal lover and dedicated her time to animal rescue. She served as a board member of the Kind Heart Rescue since its inception. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be deeply missed. Ruth leaves behind her two children, David Couse and Jody Couse-Caizza; two grandchildren, Mike and Noel; one great-grandchild, Gauge; her brother Butch Rockhill and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23, 2015 from 5PM to 7PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, located at 52 Main Street, New Egypt NJ 0853 (TilghmanFH.com).
