Obituary of Edward Vincent Bernard Zavetoski

Edward Vincent Bernard Zavetoski, age 92, of Cream Ridge passed away Sunday, June 19 at RWJ University Hospital in Hamilton. Born in Trenton, he was a resident of Cream Ridge since 2007 and formerly lived in Ewing and Trenton.
Ed was a veteran of the US Army and worked for many years as a shipping & receiving clerk for Goodall Rubber in Trenton before retiring. He was a member of the Insulators Local #89, a member of the American Legion and a former parishioner of St. Hedwig’s Church all in Trenton. Ed was active in the Trenton Polish American Democratic Club and was a member of the Jensen’s Community Club in Cream Ridge. He was an avid bowler, bowling in many leagues at Hamilton, Curtis and Colonial Lanes.
Ed was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Helen (Goralski) Zavetoski. He is survived by three brothers, Walter Zavetoski of Camden, Raymond Zavetoski of Cream Ridge and Vincent Zavetoski and wife Patricia of Cream Ridge; a niece and nephew, Michael Zavetoski and Kimberly Zavetoski both of New Egypt and a great nephew, Tyler James Applegate.
Funeral services for Ed will be held on Friday, June 24 at 11:30 AM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533 (www.tilghmanfh.com), with burial to follow at the BGWCD Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown. Calling hours will be on Thursday evening, June 23 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
