RuthE Dennis, age 82, lifelong resident of New Egypt, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 22, 2024 at Aspen Hills Health Care Center in Pemberton.  She was born on October 6, 1942 in Bronx, NY to the late Nicholas and Ruth Bauer.  RuthE was a member of the New Egypt United Methodist Church where she was very involved.  She was passionate about crafts, like crocheting and knitting; especially making lap blankets, little hats for babies and felt stockings for her family.  RuthE enjoyed doing volunteer work with her church or with the Girl Scouts.  She loved watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune.  RuthE was very grateful for all the visitors who took time out of their day to call and visit her at  Aspen Hills. Most importantly RuthE cherished her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.   RuthE was predeceased by her parents, Nicholas and Ruth (nee Gless) Bauer; and her brother Arthur Bauer and sister Lillian Leivers. She leaves behind her four daughters, Dolly Chamberlain, Annie Curtis (Scott), Betsy Yaccarino (Jeff), and Molly Horner (Brian); her grandchildren, Cristi Chamberlain, John Lee Gilliland, Miliza Jo Atchley, Joshua Chamberlain, Nicole Morrell, Alysha Viola, Anthony Amatucci, Olivia Amatucci, Ben Yaccarino, Corey Shaw, James Shaw, Jesse Shaw,  Alexis Trionfo, and Liam Trionfo; many great-grandchildren; and her two best friends, Wanda Eckley and Barbara Sprowl. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation for RuthE on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Tilghman Funeral Home located at 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533.  A funeral service will begin at 11 AM on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at the funeral home. If you plan to attend the funeral service please arrive at the funeral at 10:30 AM. Interment will be held privately at the respect of the family.
